		<description>&gt;Yes agree a great time to reflect and review over all of business operations, its a great time to review business tools and customer lead systems that have been use through out the year and just like a gardner prune those business tools and customer lead tools that have not given your business the growth you expected.Important to do the spring cleaning of these cumbersum business tools and systems on a yearly or even more frequent bases, more imporatant is are those systems that are designed to create Customer loyality,truely sutisfying your customer, are your customers talking about you and your brand vs conversion ratio, personaly we would prefer have one raving fan vs fifty one time sales.</description>
